Quote requests

Submitting the quote form is a request for a price quote, not a confirmed appointment or a contract for service. We will contact you to discuss your project, availability, and next steps.

Service terms

Before we leave a job, we invite you to inspect the cleaned items and areas. If you notice a concern after the material has fully dried, please contact us within 24 hours of drying and include photos when possible. We will review the concern and explain the appropriate next step. This is not an automatic free-reclean guarantee.

Results depend on factors such as the material, its age and condition, existing wear, and the type and age of any stains. We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal, like-new results, or a specific drying time.
