Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), ZIP code, the service you're interested in, the number of items, a description of your project, your preferred contact method, and, if you answer it, how you heard about us. Along with your request, the form also sends the page you submitted it from and, when available, how you arrived at our website: the first page you visited, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. The quote form does not currently collect or upload photos.
How the form is processed
The quote form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers each submission to Mango Spotless by email. Formspree processes and may retain your submission under its own privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
After Formspree accepts your request, a copy of the same information — together with the page you submitted from and, if available, how you found our website (such as the search or ad campaign that brought you here) — is saved to our customer records inAirtable, a third-party database service, so we can keep track of your request. Airtable stores this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy:airtable.com/
Photos
This website's quote form does not currently collect or upload photos. If you'd like to share photos of your item, you may separately choose to text up to 6 photos to (858) 224-4332 after submitting the form.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request — to contact you by phone, text, or email about the service you asked about, using your preferred contact method when possible, and to prepare and schedule your appointment. We do not use quote-request information for unrelated marketing.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting the quote form, you agree that Mango Spotless Upholstery and Carpet eco cleaning may contact you by phone, text, or email about your quote request. Message and data rates may apply.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. The quote form itself is processed by Formspree and a copy is kept in Airtable, as described above. Beyond that, we share your information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only as needed to respond to your request.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors use this website and to measure when a quote request is completed. These tools only run if you choose "Allow analytics" in the analytics preferences card or control described below; if you choose "No thanks," or don't make a choice, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement do not load or run on this site.
We do not send your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service description, or preferred contact method to Google, and we do not send the contents of your quote-form submission to Google. We do not use Google's enhanced conversions feature. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the card doesn't reappear on later visits; if you clear your browser's site data, or use a different browser or device, you may be asked again.
You can review or change your choice at any time using the "Analytics preferences" link in the footer of every page.
