Getting ready for your appointment
Before we arrive, remove all bedding and pillows from the mattress and clear a path so we can access it easily. To protect your furniture and home from accidental damage, we do not move furniture. Please clear the areas you would like cleaned before our arrival.

Is mattress cleaning completed at my home?
Yes — we clean your mattress on site, right in your home, as part of the same visit.
How do you choose the cleaning method?
We inspect the mattress's construction, cover material, and condition first. Based on what we find, we select hot-water extraction or a very-low-moisture method — whichever is appropriate for that mattress. Learn more about our full process.
Can every stain be removed?
While we use high-quality cleaning products and advanced cleaning techniques, some stains and discoloration may be permanent due to age, fiber type, or the nature of the stain.
Mango Spotless cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain. However, we always aim for the most thorough clean that is safe for the material.
For health and safety, Mango Spotless does not provide cleaning for blood stains. Please let us know before scheduling if blood is present so we can advise you appropriately.
How should I prepare for the appointment?
Remove bedding and pillows, and clear the area around the mattress before we arrive. To protect your furniture and home from accidental damage, we do not move furniture. Please clear the areas you would like cleaned before our arrival.
