Our approach
We use professional, eco-friendly cleaning products and methods selected for each material. Before we leave, we invite you to inspect the cleaned items and areas. If you notice a concern after the material has fully dried, please contact us within 24 hours of drying and include photos when possible, and we'll review the concern and explain the appropriate next step.
