While we use high-quality cleaning products and advanced cleaning techniques, some stains and discoloration may be permanent due to age, fiber type, or the nature of the stain.

Mango Spotless cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain. However, we always aim for the most thorough clean that is safe for the material.

Our minimum service appointment is $149 for carpet, upholstery, mattress, or rug cleaning.

We accept cash, Zelle, checks, Venmo (+3.4%), Cash App (+3.4%), and credit cards (+4%). We do not accept American Express.

The additional fees are intended to cover payment-processing costs.

Fabric type: Natural-fiber fabrics require a more careful cleaning approach and can take additional time.

Initial estimates: Unless the fabric has been identified in advance, our initial upholstery estimate is based on polyester. If our on-site inspection identifies natural fibers, the price may be 40–70% higher than the original polyester estimate. We will explain and agree on the revised price before cleaning begins.

Fabric labels: A clear photo of the fabric label helps us provide a more accurate estimate. If we know beforehand that your item is 100% cotton, for example, we will account for that in your estimate rather than quoting the polyester price.

Pet accidents: Treatment for pet accidents carries an additional fee. Please tell us about any pet accidents when requesting your estimate so we can account for the treatment needed. We will discuss the additional charge before beginning work.

Pet hair: Pet-hair removal is a separate service and carries an additional fee because it requires extra time.

We focus on eco-friendly cleaning options and select professional products suited to your fabric and the type of soil or stain. We follow manufacturer directions for dilution and use, and test the material before cleaning.

If you have sensitivities or concerns about a particular product, please tell us before your appointment so we can discuss the products and approach planned for your items.

To protect your furniture and home from accidental damage, we do not move furniture. Please clear the areas you would like cleaned before our arrival.

For health and safety reasons, we're unable to service items affected by blood, sewage, or other known biohazard contamination.

Before we leave, we invite you to inspect the cleaned items and areas. If you notice a concern after the material has fully dried, please contact us within 24 hours of drying and include photos when possible. We will review the concern and explain the appropriate next step.
